With this care plan you can make full use of your furniture without any concerns over costly cleaning or repair bills in the event of accidental damage.
Exclusions of the policy:
- Commercial use
- Deliberate damage
- Abuse or neglect
- Removal of odours
- Wear and tear
- Natural characteristics of leather (if applicable)
- Fading of fabric of materials
- Accumulated multiple stains
- Anything that happens gradually, including dye transfer

After having an horrendous experience with DFS I found this company on Facebook. Went to the Retfod show room. Sorry can’t remember lads name but he was lovely. No pushy sales talk. I explained what I wanted and you could pick so many different fabrics. Left the store, didn’t order but then went back with my daughter. Lad was on his lunch break but came straight off his break to complete my order. I had been to SCS day before and sofa I wanted there was £1900. I bought nearly the same one for £1250. Can’t wait for it to arrive. I opted for a 3 seater electric sofa with a 5 year guarantee. Can’t wait for it to arrive and will up date review once it’s in my home

Highly recommend Sofa Emporium, everything was great from start to finish. Firstly going to their bRetford showroom, dean was extremely helpful in assisting us with what we were looking for. The delivery time of 6 weeks was much faster than i've previously had with other firms. The 2 lads who delivered were great and im more than happy with the superb quality of the sofa and the customer service received all round.
