Working with a specialist delivery partner helps us bring Sofa Emporium furniture to more homes across England and Wales, while keeping personal advice at the heart of the buying process.

Where can we deliver?
Our delivery coverage extends across England and Wales. Certain parts of Scotland can also be covered, with additional delivery charges depending on the postcode.
Before placing your order, contact us with your postcode and the furniture you’re interested in. We’ll confirm the delivery arrangements, any applicable charges and the estimated timescale for your order.
You don’t need to live near our showrooms to ask for help. We can discuss sizes, layouts and upholstery options by telephone or email, so you can check the details before deciding.

Delivery to the room of your choice
Our aim is to bring your new furniture into the room where you want to use it, with room-of-choice delivery wherever access and circumstances allow.
The route into your home matters just as much as the space in your living room. Doorways, narrow hallways, stairs, lifts and tight turns can all affect how furniture can be brought inside.
Before arranging delivery, please tell us about:
- Steps, stairs or an upstairs delivery location.
- Narrow doors, hallways or awkward corners.
- Lift access and any building delivery restrictions.
